Presets aren’t working but love all the other sample packs

I’m updated to the most recent version of serum and for whatever reason the presets say there are made on a newer version that doesn’t even exist, I redownloaded the presets and serum but the issue still presents itself so I’m jsut going to wait till serum updates again and hope that fixes it. I love every other purchase I have made and this doesn’t effect how I feel as I love the work you do and love your other packs a lot
