The sand stakes are well built and stack together very compactly. Aluminum stakes with stainless wire should last well in all camping conditions. My goal was to buy something small that would secure tents, tarps, etc… when camping on the sand, these were the best option I found. The price seemed fair for the high quality of this product.

Staking out a river tarp with confidence
I’m looking forward to securely staking down the shade tarp on river trips this summer. Gave the Sandstake a quick test at home and its holding power is legit. I expect the same on raft trips this summer.
