I am really disappointed with this purchase. I have previously ordered three abayas from this brand and they were all lovely, but the Tia Abaya is a massive letdown. The actual item looks nothing like what was advertised, and the quality definitely does not justify the £105 price tag.😞😞😞😞

I have just opened the abaya completely and found stains in several places on the fabric. This is extremely disappointing especially given the price of the item. I purchased this specifically to wear to a wedding on the 12th of April and it is now clearly not in a wearable condition.
Receiving an item with visible stains suggests very poor quality control, which is unacceptable for something sold at this price point. I am very unhappy with this purchase and would like this issue resolved promptly, either with a replacement or a full refund. Please advise on the next steps as soon as possible
