Im very disappointed. I love my shoes. Would buy a ton more but never got my other order for my wife. Im going to go to a competitor for future purchases because I can't get what I paid for.

The shoe is well made. Like and the insole raises me up nicely. However the addition of the extra inserts cause my ankle to be too high in the shoe and my foot comes out when walking or running. The standard insole is the best it will be on this shoe.
