Small Starter Kit | Grass-Fed Face Cream, Balm and Soap

Beautiful product and smells gorgous but unfortunately i have very sensative skin so this is not helping my skin at all. I am really gutted that this doesnt work for me as have tried so many products now. I think i need to get docs to prescribe extra sensative for me. I think it will work lovely for people who dont have extra sensative skin.

Customer care service is shocking. My order arrived on the 15th of May within an intact box and wrapped individually in brown paper but one jar arrived with a damaged lid. I can only assume it was posted that way due to the fact that there was no damage on the box. I contacted them the same day and was asked to send a photo , I had to follow them up a few days later because I'd heard nothing. They eventually contacted me back and said they'd send me a new lid. Its now the 1st of June, over two weeks and no new lid. The sad thing is their product is amazing, their customer care service is shocking.

Absolutely loving the Tallow balm, my hands are feeling much more hydrated without feeling itchy and irritated. The face cream feels a little different from other the usual highstreet brands i think it might be just the smell, maybe I put too much on but it hasnt out me off. I will purchase more in the future.
