Motion Backpack 20L

Almost perfect 👌

I have just bought it and used it only a few times. I like it, the only little issue is that it doesn’t fit some of the budget airlines’ required measurements by a little and that’s not great. I’d blame the airlines more than them, but it would have been something they could have cared to check and build accordingly.

Backpack on the go

The form is really good. I was carrying a laptop, charger, mouse, and a steam controller yet it doesnt feel heavy due to the weight distribution of the bag. Although I wish it could fit a 17 inch laptop. I had to put it inside the main compartment instead of the dedicated laptop sleeve. Still an overall good bag on the go. I will use it for my upcoming Japan trip as a personal bag

Good Bag, but needed improvements.

Overall I like the idea of this bag. It’s my go to gym/hiking/outdoor bag. It’s comfortable and has the pockets and space I need to carry my things, and it looks great. What’s not so great are the zippers. They feel noticeably cheap and fragile compared to many other bags I own. I feel nervous they’ll break on me so I take the extra step to not pull on them too hard (which I feel I shouldn’t need to worry about with an outdoor bag at this price). My favorite part of the bag is the kangaroo pocket, the extra material in the bottom makes it so items fit very nicely. However they did not do the same with the water bottle pockets. Water bottles don’t feel secure unless they’re thick and stubby like a Nalgene. For other bottles ex Owala, which is are popular now, they will slip out when ur bag is tilted at an angle, or (which has happened to be now multiple times) when im reaching down for something or tying my shoes. Other improvements I’d like to see that aren’t really complaints: - ability to clip/unclip the side adjustment strap, could be useful to secure things like trekking poles. - A gear loop at the bottom of the bag, next the kangaroo pocket. Again would be useful to secure gear like poles using the existing loops on the top left and right. - an extra few liters in the main compartment would be nice. I think the extra pockets in the bag are added into the 20L total capacity, so the main compartment doesn’t feel as spacious as other 20L bags. I think 22-23 would really be a sweet spot. I will prob keep using the bag for now, mainly because of the kangaroo pocket. I hope things are improved in future iterations.
