It is not as nice as the darkand not as nice as the first I bought the easter before last. I think too much cocoa butter which has very little flavour and a higher melting point, not enough cocoa solids. Everything else about it is great.

Beautiful couverture chocolate. Fantastic for tempering, giving a beautiful snap, but so good you can eat the buttons as purchased as a perfect accompaniment to a cup of coffee. Even better there are no emulsifiers or unnecessary ingredients. Highly recommended best milk chocolate I’ve had in a long time. Will purchase again
