Stopped by the London store near the Savoy Hotel last week because of the beautiful hat display in the window. Hugo our salesman was phenomenal. He described the hats, their origin and manufacturing as well as their craftsmanship. He was a superb person. I bought the hat and absolutely love it. I only wish their were a few more colors that I was looking for.

I walked into the shop and the perfect hat was waiting for me! The sales person was very pleasant and my transaction was speedily concluded. This is a beautiful shop!

Once I used it in IRL in a small breeze i found it too wide- and soft brimmed. Good lookìng though .
