Shortcake Ruffle Skirt - Neapolitan Pink

It’s absolutely gorgeous! One of my favorite skirts ive gotten

These “shortcake ruffle skirts” have a different fit than the petticoat skirt and the “ribboned charm skirt”. I find the elastic in the shortcake skirts dig into my skin and body more making it rather uncomfortable. However, sizing up means the skirt wouldnt have fit either. Love the feel and color of the fabrics. Not loving the elastic bands.
