Fun Bullet hell
This is game takes Returnal's bullet hell and redefines it to cater to more players with an excellent upgrade system and finer tuned difficulty curve. The game has a permanent upgrade system outside story related upgrades like Returnal. It takes cues from other roguelikes such as Hades by giving players upgrades to ease the difficulty the more you play the game, while at the same time making the game challenging the more you delve into it. You also have a difficulty modifier which can make the game easier or harder depending on what you want.
