Great product let down by poor quality fixing

Lovely trouser and very comfortable to wear However having worn them for the first time on holiday the slide on clasp on the waist is loose and has twisted. It now looks bad without a belt on and releases every time you undo the zip Quality trousers let down by poor quality fixing
