Personal Pop Mirror Case

Wasted money and time. Terrible logistics company and even worse delivery services. I ordered 3 phone cases, none of which were attempted to be delivered. Driver marked delivery attempt each time stating no access to residence without ever actually showing up. Notified the logistics company after the first “failed” attempt with no delivery truck ever showing up and they confirmed reporting the driver and to send a new driver out the next day, taking my phone number down to communicate delivery. No call, no show, no package still. I received a couple more ghost delivery attempt notifications and had reached out a second and third time to the provided CS number. 2nd time they disconnected the call and didnt answer again. 3rd time was today almost a week after initial promised delivery and was told again they’ll document driver info but noted they will not be delivering any items and returning to sender. No resoluton except directing me to figure out next measures with merchant.
