Underwire Support Seamless Unlined Balconette Bra

Love love love thesw beas. Beautiful fabric and the quality is wonderful! I made a mistake ordering and contacted customer swrvice who returned my message promptly even though it was a weekend. Then sent out two new bras immediately! Plus a 20% off on my next purchase! It was kind of them considering the original eeror was on my part Will definitely be ordering from Jellybra again!

I’m giving this 3 stars because the fabric of the bra is buttery soft. I wanted to like it, but the straps are so wide-set that they slide down my arms. JellyBra doesn’t make a bra that would fit my needs - a smaller band with a large cup size - and I contacted them yesterday morning to inquire about a refund. The site says they’re there from 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Monday - Friday and they try to respond within 24 hours, but I haven’t heard back from them yet. I’ll give it another day or so before pursuing something else. Also two things to take into consideration- 1. My order took about 2.5 weeks to arrive and couldnt be tracked in Shop once it left China, and 2. Pay close attention to their refund policy. Depending on what both parties decide, you might only get 20%-50% of your money back, if you want to return the product for any reason other than a defect.

Does not fit well and took forever to get here. Sizing chart was off for me - I even got two sizes to try and have a better fit. Also the underwire doesn’t sit flat against my body. They arent lifting like they’re supposed to. Too bad I got 2 for the free forever shipping.
