Sparks 11 - Flux

Excellent Dramatic Soundscapes

I primarily purchased this for the dramatic soundscapes, and it came with 3 of them, all very good and usable. Definitely dramatic, can possibly be used for eerie ambience.

Another Sparks, another winner with Flux.

I think Sparks is a wonderful marketing concept. For 2 bucks American, you get what is essentially a quality musical surprise package. In this day and age, two bucks hardly gets you a cup of coffee. But it will get you a Sparks. In this case, "Flux" rewarded the purchaser with a couple cool basses, an arpeggio bass as well as the standard presets for making ambient / drone style music. Give Sparks a try. Each week you get several samples in which to check out the sounds.

Flux will make for a great intro in an upcoming project. It's tagged as a dark vibe but I see it as a somewhat tense intro to flow into something brighter and/or pleasingly melodic.
