The actual band itself feels lovely when you can get it on, but when you’ve got small ears, even if you cut the hole a little bit so as it’s got more leverage it keeps coming off . Any ideas that would help, please?

Yes, like these a lot. Need to be convinced that they can sculpt that area. However they feel like they would when you apply to the neck and chin area.
