Patchwork Dress

The dress is adorable and explained very well online so I was delighted with its quality. I decided to exchange for a smaller size to match the baby’s other Purebaby clothes I had ordered. The exchange was so seamless. When I read to click “here” for online chat my heart went in my boots because I wanted to chat to a real person. I was returning one item but wanted to exchange it not refund and thought I’d have to explain but Purebaby had covered every eventuality, it was amazing how efficient and easy the whole process was. Best service and quality I’ve received online so far.
