Such a joy to use !!
I’ve shown and recommended the knife to other close family and friends - all have obtained and used the knife too. Makes cutting butternut squash so much more pleasant !!

What an amazing knife. I love mine so bought 3 more for gifts. Not good for paring potatoes-good way to lose a finger!
