It is not neutral, it is rich and buttery at the end. Although not acidic, shake the can before decanting as the natural acids that are inherent in all olive oil will be at the top. This is rural or farm style Greek Olive Oil. This is our family’s go to oil, better than any other oil we have found in it’s medium price range. Great Oil!
