They circumference of the hat is measured from the outside, so it was too small for me but it’s absolutely stunning! I love it!

Lets not talk about the hat first lets talk about the customer service..i needed this hat for an event on a friday it was ordered on a Saturday i emailed letting them know i needed the hat for an event an they had no issues with me needing my order asap. Now when i received the oder it was above my expectations. It was way more beautiful in person the pictures serve it no justice. I got asked all night where i got it.
