I love these bearings. The difference they make to cornering is incredible. I run them in my '77 244 with just the classic IPD lowering spring and Bilstein HD shock combo, 22mm front sway and 19mm rear, and the car is just night and day more positively engaged with the road vs OEM bushings. There is a mild increase to harshness, and I found at a certain RPMs in my 244, there was some additional panel droning. I solved this with some Dynamat around the back seat+seat back area and boot (trunk). I've had a set on my 245 for 6 years now and they are still in perfect shape.
