Nice EXCEPT we had original RICARDO Santa Cruz line from 20 years ago (this is our new replacement set) and we miss the capability to hang a sports jacket in the upper compartment.

This is a nice bag, don’t get me wrong. I liked all the storage compartments it had. But I decided to return it because it just gave me “Grandpa” vibes. And now I can’t unsee it. Customer service was kind enough to provide me with a $20 return label (I had to pay the return shipping) and I went ahead and purchased the Rodeo Drive 2.0 Hardside Carry-On Expandable Spinner in Arctic Blue instead, which is a really nice carry-on (albeit somewhat smaller than they were in the past). I prefer the durability of the hard side carry-on to these fabric bags.
