Looks amazing, inner core comes out of this one! With this order, they sent a replacement for the midnight chug i preveously ordered, as the inside core was stuck, but now, im happy to report, the new one i ordered, and its replacement, both function perfectly, i didnt ask for the replacement mind you, i just messaged asking if i was doing something wrong. The first chuug i have is still sadly stuck, its a beautiful cup, but i just cant remove the core, but im glad the others work great Great quality materials, great selections in wood, absolute above and beyond customer service, highly highly recommended ❤️🧡💛
