The CHUUG® V3 MIDNIGHT/CHARCOAL

Update: "First class customer service. Offered to send whole new order but i only needed the metal liner." Okay the only reason for two stars at first was for poor Quality Control/ Quality Management. The V3 steel liner came apart from its plastic screw base. The failure was very little glue on the steel cup and base. This is not what i expected after only two weeks of using product. Very disappointing. I have a second cup that i am sure received the same quality control and will eventually come apart as well. I could easily glue this back on myself but then this company would get a one star. Beautiful craftsmanship on the wood and handle but the cheap plastic insert holding the removal V3 steel liner is a failure.

My husband loves it however shame the initial is not pointing outwards. Shame you have your initial on your cup and noone but you can see it

Very well made mug , I like how the insert un screws out so I can just wash that, holds a lot more than 16 ounces of liquid probably more like 20 ounces or more. It’s a really nice mug.
