The product did not work. It would randomly turn itself off or not turn on at all. I emailed the company about getting a refund. They responded with me having to send them proof (a video) of the product not working. I did as they requested. They acknowledged receiving the video. Next step was to send the product back to their address in Lithuania (which was provided to me via an email with the stated address) at my expense. After several weeks have passed, the company informs me that the product is being returned to me from Lithuania because the address provided to me by the conpany was incorrect. The product could not be returned to the company because of their error. I bought the product in February 2026 and its now June 2026 and I still do not have my refund! I’ve jumped through every hoop they asked me to and still refuses to give me my money back. I would not buy any products from this company. Be warned.
