Whistler (Black Kip)

I think the sizes run a little small. I ordered 8.5 UK (what I wear in Blundestone) and returned for 9 UK, which are snug but I think will break in wonderfully. Return process was easy. Shoes are super comfortable and look great.

Great boot, looks great in black kip. I normally wear a 9.5/10 EEE/EEEE brannock, reading the site it said the half sizes aren't so much longer but they are a bit wider, so I ordered a 10.5. This worked for me, the shoe was not too long and probably as wide as I could get. Its still a bit tight, but if you were only a E/EE it would be fine. I am used to this, so I have my handy shoe stretchers to help. The leather accepts the stretching well so it worked for me. All chelseas are tighter on my giant instep, but it gives a good fit for this style of shoe. Sole is real nice, feels good underfoot.

So when Rose Anvil debit his video at the beginning of April, he had a like 1 day maybe 15-20% off the RadBack Chelsea boots, so ofcourse I bought the brownish pair, when I received that 1st pair I fell in love with them, then I waited and about 10 days later he had another 15-20% off code and he talked about how his favorite color was the black, which I concurred and made my 2nd purchased this time in black but thisnis where the problem began with customer service. The 12 1/2 USA arrived with a highly visible defect at the very front of the boot, contacted Customer Service and they asked me to ship them back fora QC check and replacement. After shipping them back i get the replacement pair BUT another BIG issue is the replacement pair arrived in the WRONG size 12USA and not the original 12 1/2 I had ordered so now I have to waste my time to print out another label and take them AGAIN to a UPS location and wait for THE CORRECTION. Yeah Customer Service for this issue, which for ME is a BIG ISSUE, gets a big fat ZERO.
