This is a really nice washed coffee. V60 is my favourite method for making coffee but in this case I found I got better results using a cafetiere. I think this was due to the amount of fines produced which tended to clog the V60 filter but the french press was just fine.

Easy drinking and great rounded chocolatey flavours. Would prefer a slightly lighter roast though, this would be better without the charcoal smell and bitter notes.

Great roasted coffee, flavours come through beautifully at about 40 degrees. Worked well as a filter and aeropress short black.
