TEAM MCCLEAN JERSEY

The jersey itself is pretty good. Decent quality, the print looks good and clear, the colour is definitely lighter than the picture but no big deal. The problem was the service and response from the owner. It's a lot to go into and not worth reliving but it certainly soured my experience. Which i addressed, or tried to, with them. It is a shame, having an uncharacteristic poor experience, considering I spent a lot of money, with them, over the years and have praised them to friends, family and customers. Checking back through the emails; no apology was offered for the issues raised. Instead; Frustrated, or passive aggressive, responses and again this is not the usual experience. The owner did give, a lengthy, list of why certain issues arose but again, no apology in any email received. Perhaps he thought he had? So, a few issues on this sale but the jersey is decent.
