Fabulous!

This was a beautiful cut of meat znd extremely tender. It was for a birthday dinner and it bbq'd amazingly. Took it off the heat at 126F and let it rest for 12 mins. . finishing temp 134F in the thickest part meant everyone got the degree of cooked meat they wanted! Would buy again!

Item arrived but was a very perculiar shape which meant had no choice but to cut it into two seperate bits too cook, was a shame as wanted to present it as one joint. Was a dissapointment
