Leider sehr schlechter Kundenservice.
Very disappointing customer service. To request a return, you are asked to contact customer service by email. I have contacted them three times and have been waiting for a response for over two weeks. Extremely disappointing and an unnecessarily difficult return process.

The item is not as described, is counterfeit, and is of poor quality. The seller ignores my messages. I do not recommend purchasing this product.
