I have to take a moment and say how wonderful the customer service side of this company is. I ordered these earrings as a very special gift to myself after a pulling through a hard, life-saving surgery. Initially, there were issues on the shipping side of things with my package being lost. I reached out to Alice with Brennmore and immediately was met with kindness and solutions. They shipped me another pair as these were time sensitive to a celebration I wanted to wear them for and even upgraded to 2 day shipping at no cost to me. They arrived just in time.
