Great product/awful communication

Good news: the product is awesome and looks exactly like images online. Bad news: you will not get your product in the time frame stated. Mine took a little over a month. Even worse, you will not receive any communication from the seller other than auto-replies following your initial purchase. I emailed three times requesting updates as I was concerned about being scammed. Not a single reply. Then all the sudden, package arrives, albeit several weeks longer than stated shipping time of 1-2 weeks. Would be a five-star if owner hired someone to drastically improve the very poor customer service.
