I have bought a lot from Bawbags for my husband and 2 grown up sons and never had a complaint about service or quality. My most recent purchase for them for the Scotland National team boxers let themselves down on quality control because there was a very small sewing error on one of the pair of boxers I bought from the 3 pairs between the material of the boxers and the waistband. I emailed Bawbags to advise them of this, not to complain as they have never given me cause to complain. I just wanted them to know and the fault was so small I mended it myself. However, the response I got from Bawbags was instant and excellent. They immediately offered a replacement. I responded to say this was not necessary as I had repaired them. They then responded to offer 15% off my next order on any items not on sale. I cannot praise them enough for response, service and excellent customer satisfaction in my opinion. I highly recommend Bawbags and I will continue to be a customer.
