Postmenopause Essentials

Just started, haven’t noticed a difference yet. I do like the taste and it is not sweet or too salty as some drinks with electrolytes are. I do wish it dissolved better, I shake and stir constantly and it is still gritty at the end. I even tried hot water first and then adding cold water—still settles at the bottom.

First.. I love the flavor ..I add it everyday to my water ..& I can't stop drinking it :) so I'm happy about hydrating more.. And I also think that it's helping my digestion ..I can't be sure 100% but I can tell you that since I started adding it to my water and drinking it every day I'm going more regularly and that is phenomenal. So I want to continue with a monthly subscription.❤️

Vitamins

I ordered the post menopausal vitamins. They are a little hard to mix up. I just keep my straw in my glass and keep stirring. The taste is good. I have to take them in the afternoon, as they settle on my stomach better. I like the convenience of vitamins all in one packet…..I hate swallowing pills! Annette Wheeler
