Beautiful glasses, great customer service

I was almost afraid to order these because I thought they couldn't possibly match the image, but they really are as beautiful and as elegant as in the picture. I had some trouble with the shipping and it took a long time to get this order as the first package got lost in customs. The customer service team provided me with really good assistance however, and the second package arrived quite speedily. Overall very satisified.

I ordered a set of four Marina glasses and they were even lovelier in person. I liked that the shell itself is sturdy and feels thick, not brittle at all. The shells were wrapped safely for transport and arrived perfectly. I can imagine a million uses for them already. Thank you!
