Extortionate customs charge to europe

I was disappointed with the overall purchasing experience. While I accepted the relatively high shipping cost to France, I was not made aware that I would also be required to pay approximately 50% of the product value again in customs charges upon delivery. This additional cost came as a complete surprise and significantly increased the total price of the gloves. I believe Hook Polo should clearly inform customers of the potential for such charges when shipping to Europe at point of purchase, so they can make an informed decision before purchasing. Had I been aware of this, I would have chosen to have the item delivered to a UK address and collected it during a visit.

Great Quality and Looks

Very durable and comfortable polo gloves with great prints that can give other established polo brands a run for their money! Still have the old pair in good condition but could not resist getting the new pair with a fresh design

Nice design

Not used yet, but nice design. Size (L) feels a little tight. They look good, but time will tell re quality.
