I honestly didn’t know how I was going to feel about this at first. I really enjoy it. I feel like it taste like a snack without being a snack. I don’t have a strange aftertaste like some of the other shakes I have with. I have only had it ice cold though. I have noticed with the shakes specifically that they need to be very, very cold or sometimes they have an aftertaste.
