Very disappointing quality of zippy

While the order was quick to come, the quality of the zippy was just not up to standard, which is why I have already requested a return, and disappointingly have received no correspondence since. The zippy is of poor quality, appearing to have been made with light, subpar materials. Very disappointing in comparison with the hoodie I purchased previously
