I cannot say enough good things about the quality of this product. Every detail has been perfected. Arguably more important, the customer service is the BEST I have ever encountered. It did take a bit of time for my order to arrive (overseas order) but when I reached out for help on tracking, my email was met with a speedy response, a willingness to help, and ultimately updated tracking info.

It just works. Great layout on the best paper out there, with beautiful covers. Much nicer than the original traveler's notebook notebooks in all regards.
