Happy with my bag but front pocket looks a little bit crooked. I don’t think it will be noticeable when I put my things in it though so I’m not bothered about it.

I shop for 2 elderly ladies, ollie and Pauline. They have to have exactly the same as each other. Ollie found your website and loved the look of the ollie bags. She chose the fuchsia one. Absolutely loved it. Pauline asked me to get her the same bag. But I ordered her gigi bag by mistake. Your advice to return it free of charge was brilliant. Just waiting for her new bag to arrive.
