Everyday BB Bag

The bag is made of "faux leather", which I should have guessed means plastic. The bag looks and feels very cheap. It has no weight to it and is very flimsy. I contacted the company to return it as the website says "What if I don't love it? Try Everyday BB for 15 days, if it's not your new everyday bag, contact us for a full refund - no questions asked." Well, the company told me they do refunds unless the bag is defective. I would avoid doing business with this company because obviously their website information is false.

I haven’t received it yet but i know it gonna be a good bag
