You can use this as a topper with any lippie thats on the warm pallet, I used it on "Bloodbath" and it made the lips stand out big time. It looks very shimmery if used by iitself. Once you get it removed it will leave some glittering behind. I have no idea how it would look like if you were to apply it on top of a blue lippie, maybe it might look cool, it's what you like ;)

This lip gloss is absolutely stunning. I wore this over the holidays layered over some black lipstick, and oh my god, it was so shiny. This is the first item I got from the Ozzy Osbourne Collection and I intend to get future items that are part of this collaboration from Jolie.
