I purchased the custard cream sweatshirt and the personalised sleeve sweatshirt on 22nd Dec - even with an amend to the thread colour and the writing image not being the best, the team managed to create a perfect item for me which was delivered on Christmas Eve!!! The team couldn’t do enough to help and get my item right. Sweatshirt quality is really good and sizing is normal. Absolutely adore this sweatshirt I’ve got it for my sister for her birthday I’m going to treat myself after Christmas had to speak to Chloe in the office to get some advice and she was very helpful will definitely use this company again
