Excellent product but even better service

I am very pleased with the salt blocks I ordered, but my delivery was one black short. I called Black Tai, they had to call me back but did so quickly. They figured out the shipping company had reported repackaging one box, but not the damaged/missing block. Black Tai immediately shipped me a replacement and I got it in plenty of time for my contractor. I could not be more pleased with their customer service! The block itself is exactly 9x18x2. It came carefully wrapped tightly in plastic, then bubble wrap and then in a fitted cardboard box. Those were packed in peanuts in a larger cardboard box.
