i really like the notes of white peach and elderflower on this one, it is easy to brew a nice and balanced cup of coffee, really nice and earth experience.

Helle Röstung etwas dunkel geraten?

Ich kenne viele Äthiopier von THE BARN und anderen Röstern. Im Vergleich scheint mir diese Röstung etwas dunkel geraten.. .und so schmeckt der Kaffee dann auch. Verschiedene Malgrade und Aufbrühmethoden ( Filteraufsatz + Paier) bestätigten mehr den Eindruck als dass sie ihn schwächten.

Very nice cup of coffee, clean and crispy. This is what I look for in a washed Ethiopian coffee.
