I have used these masks after RF MN sessions & most recently after fractional co2 laser. The lipid mask is very soothing and reduces discomfort/redness. I keep them on hand and try to use once a week or so for hydration boost. There’s a lot of product in each pouch so I get 2 out of each one. Highly recommend
