Stealth Folding FID Bench V2

Incredibly stable and well made bench. I am 105kg and using the (also excellent) 41.5 kg dumbbells for incline chest press. Bench is rock solid. The vinyl is grippy, the padding is fairly stiff, but really comfortable. Easy to fold flat and has carrying handles to make moving it easier. 10/10, even for the heavier user.

Unfortunately, I am not satisfied with this bench. It does not have any proper knee support, which makes it difficult or impossible to perform ab exercises and other dumbbell exercises where this support is needed. When the bench is in the flat position, there is noticeable flex and movement in the joints. In the 90-degree upright position, the frame also bends in the joints when leaning back and bracing with the feet. Overall, the bench does not feel stable enough for serious training and could be improved in terms of structural support and rigidity.

Great bench although it's heavy it has wheels. Use with a floor mat. Easy to adjust, comfy and sturdy! Folds away quite small.
