I had ordered the above about 6 month ago on Amazon, and it has since chipped and was disintegrating; I contacted the company and was told there was a one month warranty, but offered to replace mine for 40% off so I accepted that offer, and it was shipped free of charge through Amazon. Though I think the original should have lasted longer, I do appreciate selling me another at a substantial discount.
