Easy Guy - Black Power Stretch

The quality of the jeans is great. The shopping experience in the NYC store was nice. The staff were polite and friendly. My only problem is with the alterations provided by the store. The hem of the jeans was simply terrible. One leg was 1/2”+ longer than the other leg. Also the hem was was not even across the pant leg as well as the seam of the hem was no way uniform or symmetrical. I’ve called the store personally and already sent two emails with 8 photos showing the problem. I relied upon the company to provide an accurate product by utilizing their in-house service. This is neither satisfactory nor acceptable. Naked & Famous have provided this service for me in the past without any problems. This time has been a disaster. I would expect the company to exchange the damaged items with a new pair so I can have them altered correctly. Either way, this will be at my inconvenience as well as my expense. Not a happy customer!!!
