LIGHTWORK FREEDOM MINI PALETTE: EVERYDAY MAGIC

So sleek and minimal but I love there is a mirror in the magnetic lid and the fact it comes with its own pouch

I didn't get the Lightwork 7 this past year as I have the lightwork 6 and was so delighted to see this neutral only release. The mattes were such a surprise, they blended beautifully and the little 4 pan gave a good variety of depth, warmth and cool tones. My favourite is the lovely mauve matte on my pale skin. As to be expected with Danessa Myricks, the shimmers are unique and dimensional. I will say that guiding light irritated my eye ever so slightly after getting too close to the lashline after a long day but I think if your eyes are less sensitive or you are wearing it for less time, you'd be fine. Very smooth, little to no fallout and works with all the mattes. Swatches are true to colour. A perfect mini companion palette. Comes with the mirror attached and a magnetic pouch for storage. It is pricey for 6 shades but the formula is unique, the magnetic format is wonderful and it does feel luxurious. Definitely one to think about if you skipped Lightwork 7
