Received the ring as scheduled. It fit fine and was just as pictures portrayed. Very nice ring.

I ordered a ring on July 10, 2025. The first ring I received had a visible crack, so I requested an exchange. While the seller agreed, communication was slow, often taking around a week per reply despite multiple follow-ups from me, and the exchange process extended over time. By the time the replacement was shipped, I had moved, and the package was returned to the sender. After providing my new address, I received the replacement, but the entire process took more than 6 weeks from my original order. The replacement ring itself was acceptable, but the customer service did not meet expectations. The seller did not adhere to their stated 1–2 business day communication policy, and the overall experience was frustrating. Update: After posting this review, the seller contacted me directly via messages, including late-night ones with “?” and offers related to the review. While I stand by my review as based on my experience, this additional contact contributed to my dissatisfaction.
